HOW TO ENTER
North America is open to any professionals involved in the service of sake. Candidates who get through to the semi-final will be judged on blind tasting and on practical skills. The top candidates will then compete for the title; they will be tested both practically and orally on various tasks such as sake pairings, service skills, and blind tasting.
All candidates must have received formalised education in sake, or demonstrate sufficient professional experience with sake.
